Programme Info

Tua’ā is a free six-week Siva Sāmoa program for elderly in our community. Our objective is for our elderly to connect with others and engage in physical activity through dance to strengthen their holistic wellbeing. We believe the elderly in our families and communities are key to our genealogical connections and ancestral origins of Samoan culture. Connecting intergenerationally is a priority at La’ei and we value our elderly to ensure through Siva Sāmoa the transfer of Indigenous knowledge continues to be passed on to our children. If you have grandparents or elderly family members 65years+ who would like to take part in our program, then sign them up today!
